If You Had Cancer...What Would You Do?

By Ray Blair, N.D. *****************************

During my years of training in the field of
nutrition, one of my classmates was a
second year medical student in training to
become a physician. We shared a hotel room
in Chattanooga, TN during a week-long study
with famed biochemist Dr. Carey Reams.

The medical student shared: "...Except for
critical, life-saving operations he could
not treat his patients solely via allopathic
medicine. He needed to know more about
nutrition and how the body can heal itself."

Norman Mailer, formerly editor of an
intellectual magazine (Saturday Review) was
told he had six months to live. Since he
wasn't ready to die, Mailer decided to
include alternative treatment to his
therapy. With his cooperating physician, he
altered his treatment and lived years beyond
his predicted end.

I recall an interesting biography on William
S. Paley, who shrewdly built the Columbia
Broadcasting System from a small time radio
station to its formidable heights as we know
CBS today. Mr. Paley married a beautiful
lady 15 years his junior--who died at 63 of
a terrible death from cancer. Able to afford
the very best, Mr. Paley searched worldwide
for help for his wife. Finally he was
told,"We've done all we can."

When doctors say "we've done all we can",
they mean they have done all they know to
do. Perhaps, with all their intelligence,
they just didn't believe there could be some
reasonable cause for illness.

Like many, if you are unlucky, cancer will just 'jump out at you'. But, as Mrs Hsu says: "There is
ALWAYS a cause--be it truly 'genetic
predisposition', or living against the laws
of nature."

What's a person to do?

One of Sung Bok Hsu's emphatic and inspiring
teachings to her students is informing them
the battle of overcoming an "incurable"
disease is realizing you have recuperative
powers within you.

She will remind you when dogs and cats are sick, they stop eating.

In my own back yard, I've seen healthy trees
lose their bark from the constant nibbling
from my horses in search of minerals, like
potassium, from that tree bark, without
which muscles would waste. (Your heart is a
muscle).

Famed physicians from Hippocrates, to Galen,
Sir Thomas Sydenham, J.H. Tilden, John
Harvey Kellogg, Henry Bieler and Bernard
Jensen, all agree that disease is the body's
attempt to rid itself of morbific matter.

Just think of days, months, years-old
wastefoods left in the colon, putrifying and
fermenting in your 98.6 degree temperature.

Is this why flies are found crawling over
garbage which Louis Pasteur finally admitted
is their natural habitat, and the true CAUSE
of diseases?

Only man seems to lack the instinct of how
to cure himself.

Mrs Hsu is appalled by the mental apathy of
highly educated men and women who reserve to
others the knowledge of how elements
coincide with the composition of their
bodies. Science has disclosed that vitamins
are useless without minerals. This discovery
alone should enlighten you of the grave
danger of filling up on drugstore
(synthetic, metallic ) vitamins, while
eating so many foods from which the minerals
have been removed by refining. Only live
foods bring LIFE. Dead foods slowly bring
death.

Recently I could have cried when a lovely
friend exclaimed that her standard American
diet had nothing to do with the ugly
psoriasis that marred her pretty face. She
proudly announced this knowledge direct from
her doctor.

"How are you treating the problem?" I asked

"With antibiotics," she replied.

"How long?"

"Two years."

She never stopped to consider, if after two
years of treatment... perhaps the only
improvement is in that doctor's bank account.

What would you do if you were told you had
an 'incurable' cancer?

I would slowly change my life-style, and be sure to include Colon Cleanser!
