Your Doctor Won't Tell You...

To help your problem, you must know two simple secrets:
THE FIRST SECRET: With weight problems, the first
thing you must do is stop counting calories! Counting
calories is not only Unnecessary--it's boring!
Why? Because-believe it or not- you've got to eat correctly to lose weight properly. To maintain energy, the body requires nutrients. Nutrients come from foods.
"Eat until you're satisfied"
We are reminded of Deborah Hoy of Powell, Ohio, who
weighed 205 pounds. On our program, Deborah
learned the simple secrets of eating--which permitted her to eat until satisfied--and she lost 82 pounds!
Sure... there's a catch. And that leads us to...
THE SECOND SECRET: Learn proper food combining. You can eat until satisfied--without hurting yourself--if you eat properly. Yes, you can eat meat. Yes, you can eat potatoes. But not together! You must learn to eat the right foods with the right foods.
