Internal Cleansing
I personally know how absolutely wonderful you will feel after you cleanse internally. You will have more
energy, better elimination and glowing skin.

The Blair Back-to-Health Program has been part and parcel of my own life since being

The attitude that Americans are too clean, too well-educated and too well-fed to contain filthy colons loaded

Millions—including the highly educated—don’t seem to understand how death does begin in
the colon.
Many people today are eating lousy food. They’re doing to themselves just what careless gardeners do
to gardens when they plant seeds in poor soil.
These unfortunate millions of people grow and mature, but they are like the runt plants growing in poorly-fertilized
gardens. They’re alive but that’s about all. Millions are walking around, half alive-half dead.
Take care of your health; you have no right to neglect it, and thus become a burden to yourself,
