and Grape Fruit Extract Blend (works best with Vit C)

"Nothing took until MSM"

-- James Coburn

After spending 20 years of his life suffering from agonizing bone-joint problems, Academy Award-winning actor James Coburn found the solution in a dietary sulfur called MSM (methyl-sulfonyl-methane).

As his joint misery worsened over the year and his experience with all types of medications fell far short of his expectations for recovery, he was ready to give up when he met an alternative medical doctor he credits with saving his life.

"Take MSM and do a lot of breathing," says Coburn.

"People have to learn to take responsibility for themselves, and take action," he says.

"I give MSM to everybody for many different reasons, just to see if it works. It seems to work for a lot of things. My hair grows like crazy, and I thank God for it!"

Now that coburn is pain free, a whole new world of acting possibilities has opened up to him and his career has undergone a renaissance. Coburn has done a lot to boost name recognition of MSM, which is being called "the discovery of the century by many including Dr. Stanley Jacob of Oregon Health Sciences University, who has investigated MSM for 20 years.

Surgeon, medical doctor and research scientist, Dr. Jacob is credited with isolating MSM from its source in raw foods and discovering its hidden healing powers.

Our joints are marvelous creations that take a lot of pounding and wear. Unfortunately as the body ages, so do the joints. Precious joint fluids that keep bone from rubbing against bone can begin to diminish. Inflamed cartilages, ligaments and tendons become chronically inflamed, making joints stiff with unbearable pain.

MSM helps rebuild the cushioning fluid (synovial fluid) that protects the joint from pressure and friction.

What is MSM?

MSM (methyl-sulfonyl-methane) is a white odorless powder. A relatively small molecule it is composed of sulfur, carbon, oxygen and hydrogen. Although chemically related to DMSO, MSM is more stable and does not have the unpleasant odor associated with DMSO.

MSM keeps cells from becoming rigid, softens tissue, and detoxifies inflamed areas within the joints. MSM also provides the chemical bonds that actually hold the molecular structure of your joints together. And, MSM all the while, provides remarkable relief from misery. (Herschler 1986)

Why do People Use MSM?

"Of MSMs many healthful applications the most enthusiastically received is its ability to alleviate joint problems--even low doses" (Earl Mindell 1977)

In The MSM Miracle, Earl Mindell cites "people with joint severities report substantial and long lasting relief while supplementing MSM in their diet with daily dosages from 100mg to as high as 5,000 mg."

Coburn took a teaspoon and a half of the powdered MSM twice a day. "Once in the morning, once in the evening." Three days later, the pain diminished so that he could move again. Important: Coburn suggests taking MSM in the amount you find exactly right for your own body.
